MedaFill does not employ the doctors listed on this platform. All medical professionals are independent practitioners who have agreed to be listed.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on MedaFill is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read on this platform.

4. Doctor Independence

Doctors listed on MedaFill are independent medical professionals licensed to practice medicine in their respective regions. 5. Limitation of Liability

MedaFill shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Appointment cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows
• Errors or omissions in doctor profiles or availability information
• Technical interruptions to our service
• Any reliance on information provided on our platform

6. User Responsibilities

By using MedaFill, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when booking appointments
• Attend scheduled appointments or cancel in advance
• Use the platform only for legitimate medical purposes
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt our services
• Respect the privacy and professionalism of all doctors on the platform

7. Appointment Booking

Appointment requests made through MedaFill are subject to doctor availability and confirmation. Booking an appointment through our platform does not guarantee confirmation until you receive direct confirmation from MedaFill support or the doctor. Our team will contact you within 30 minutes of a booking request to confirm the appointment.

8. Emergency Services

While MedaFill provides emergency medical coordination assistance, this service is not a substitute for official emergency services. In life-threatening situations, please immediately call your local emergency number (112 in India) or proceed to the nearest emergency facility. MedaFill's emergency coordination is supplementary assistance only.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on MedaFill — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of MedaFill and its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
